These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Edukazo's ("we," "us," or "our") website, Chrome Extension, and related services (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Edukazo platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Edukazo is an AI platform that helps users create learning content such as webinars, workshops, podcasts, bootcamps, training, and e-courses. We provide tools and features to facilitate the creation of quality educational materials.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• Information you provide must be accurate and current
• One account may only be used by one person
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate the terms

4. Platform Usage

You are prohibited from:

• Using the platform for illegal or unethical purposes
• Interfering with or damaging the platform's security systems
• Distributing content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Creating content containing hate speech, pornography, or violence
• Engaging in spam or activities that disturb other users

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Content you create using the Edukazo platform remains your property. However, you grant Edukazo a license to use, store, and process that content to provide services.

5.1 Generated Content Ownership and Usage Rights

AI-generated content produced through the Edukazo platform (including e-books, e-courses, covers, and other supporting materials) is fully owned by you as the user, in line with Indonesian copyright principles where AI is treated as a tool (not an author). You are granted a full and perpetual license for commercial use, including:

• Selling, distributing, or monetizing e-books/e-courses on other platforms (marketplaces, personal websites, etc.).
• Using the generated content for business, advertising, or educational purposes without sales-volume limits.
• Modifying generated content based on your needs.

However, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your final content does not infringe third-party copyrights (for example, prompts that intentionally imitate existing works).
• Complying with the upstream AI model licenses used by Edukazo (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or other image generators).

Edukazo is not responsible for legal claims related to commercialization of generated content. You acknowledge that you understand and accept this risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

Edukazo is not responsible for losses arising from platform usage, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or other financial losses.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be discontinued, and any outstanding obligations will remain in effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be notified via email or platform notifications.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.

11. Fonts and Images in Generated Covers

Fonts and visual elements (such as text/cover components) generated by Edukazo AI features (for example, using image generator models such as Seedream or similar models) are treated as an integral part of raster images (PNG/JPG), not as separate font files. Based on upstream AI platform licensing:

• You may use generated covers commercially without limitation (print, digital, ads, etc.), as long as you do not extract or recreate the font into separate TTF/OTF files for distribution or sale.
• Fonts shown on generated covers are considered safe for use in final images because they are pixel renderings from AI models (not embedded font files with restricted licenses).
• Prohibition: tracing or duplicating these font designs to create new font products may violate underlying typeface design rights and training-data related restrictions.

If you need editable fonts, use separate commercial-font libraries (such as Google Fonts or Adobe Fonts).
